This is the second last episode of season one of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.   It has taken me years to get here because I’ve been lazy, distracted, and non-committed.   That has started changing as I’ve now been writing more frequently and keeping a fairly regular schedule.   I’m happy with how things are going. The second season is so close that I can taste it.   That season will bring big changes to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers , but that’s for another time and another post.   This post is about the end of the first season.   With this being the second last episode, I’m expecting something big to happen.   This episode and the next should drive the show forward into season two, making the audience want more.   I’m excited to see what will happen. Here we are.   Another week with another Mighty Morphin Power Rangers post.   What did we do to deserve this?   I don’t know.   I am making sure that I get at least one of these out each week because I’ve let you guys down enough.   That and the fact that I want to write more, no matter what I’m writing.   Covering more episodes of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers will help with that. First, I want to reiterate how close we are to the end of the first season.   This is the third to last episode, which means that big things could happen.   With the way the season has gone, I doubt that this episode.   Who knows, though?   The show could choose to just up and surprise me.   There could be some huge show changing event.   And I will go crazy if there is. Let me think back to how Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was a part of my childhood.   First, my imaginary friend as a young child was one of the first two Red Rangers.   I can’t remember if it which one.   That seems kind of lame because my imaginary friend wasn’t even from my own imagination.   It was a character I saw on television and adapted into that position.   Second, I had a stuffed toy of the original Blue Ranger.   I’m not entirely sure why.   I don’t know what happened to it. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers has been a part of my life ever since I was a child.   I was three years old when it began, so I grew up with the show.   I didn’t watch it too long into its run (I stopped somewhere around Turbo), but what I watched influenced me as much as anything.   I wanted to be one of the “teenagers with attitude” who were actually nice people and not attitude filled teens. I’m currently working my way through the series, writing about each episode as I watch it.   I’ve g

I only have five episodes left of the first season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers .   That is including this episode.   Will anything big happen in these five episodes?   There will probably be some sort of big event in the finale to propel me into the second season.   The other episodes, not so much.   They will likely end up being the same, run of the mill, self-contained episodes that I have grown used to in the series.   But, hey.   They’ll have action and fighting and all that fun stuff. This is also the week that I have set a goal for myself to get at least one of these posts up per week.   That’s right.   I hope to be back on a weekly basis with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers posts.   You can expect one next week, one the week after, one the week after that, and so on.   I’m making this goal because I want to move forward.   I have spent too much time stalling with these posts and it has only led to long periods of dormancy.   That is going to change.
