Power Rangers Zeo: Episode 4: Target Rangers

Image
Power Rangers Zeo came out of the gates with a solid two-part premiere before going right into a Tanya episode. That allowed audiences to get to know Tanya, the newest Power Ranger, in a way they hadn’t been able to before. She had only been in a two-part miniseries finale and a two-part series premiere, so there wasn’t a lot of time for her to be properly introduced. Now that she was a part of the team and the Power Rangers were given new powers and new Zords, the setup was pretty much done. There were a few things that would be introduced throughout the season, but most of the groundwork for the battle between the Zeo Rangers and The Machine Empire had been laid out. That made it hard to know what was going to happen in…    Episode 4: Target Rangers Rocky worked on a computer project with a girl that he liked. They were programming a video game in the school library. Rocky kept trying to get the girl to go to the dance with him. She kept brushing him off, saying she was busy th

Power Rangers Zeo: Episode 3: The Shooting Star

Previously on Power Rangers Zeo , things changed. The teens got their new powers. Billy became the technical advisor, stepping away from the Blue Ranger role he had assumed for three seasons. The Moon Monsters fled from the galaxy as The Machine Empire entered the picture. Bulk and Skull even got new roommates in the form of Goldar and Rito Revolto. There was a fight against the Cogs, the new foot soldiers of The Machine Empire. Audiences were even introduced to The Power Chamber, the new headquarters for the Zeo Rangers. It was a lot to process in the first two episodes of Power Rangers Zeo . Things would continue as the season progressed. The Machine Empire had yet to send a monster down to Earth. The Zeo Rangers hadn’t received any weapons or Zords. Ernie and Lt. Stone, who were now in the opening credits, had yet to appear. The third episode likely introduced some of these elements to Power Rangers Zeo . The only way to find out was to watch…   Episode 3: The Shooting Star T

Power Rangers Zeo: Episode 2: A Zeo Beginning, Part II

In the premiere episode of Power Rangers Zeo , changes were coming at a fast pace. The teens discovered the Power Chamber, which would become the new Power Rangers headquarters. Alpha was still alive. Bulk and Skull got an old, rundown motorcycle that they wanted to fix and use as a patrol vehicle. The Moon Monsters left their palace as The Machine Empire bombarded them. All the while, Rito Revolto and Goldar were on Earth without their memories. It was hectic and ended on a To Be Continued… note.  The second part would pick up right where the first left off. More changes needed to happen as the Power Rangers searched for a new set of powers with which to defend the planet. The Machine Empire had yet to attack Earth and show the true level of their threat. There would still need to be new Zords and weapons and all that fun stuff. Much of that would happen in…   Episode 2: A Zeo Beginning, Part II The teens asked Alpha again what happened to Zordon. Alpha showed them immediatel

Power Rangers Zeo: Episode 1: A Zeo Beginning, Part I

The conclusion of Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers brought about the conclusion of the entire Mighty Morphin era of Power Rangers . The Command Centre was no more. The Power Rangers didn’t have powers and they didn’t have the Zeo Crystal. They lost contact with Zordon and Alpha. The Moon Monsters had essentially won the three-season battle and Earth was in the greatest danger ever. Power Rangers Zeo would change all that. It wouldn’t be immediate. The Power Rangers would need to figure out what to do about the situation they were in. They needed a new home base. They were about to get a new villain. Most importantly, they needed new powers so that they could defend Earth from the new threat. That would begin in… A Zeo Beginning, Part I Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa were on The Moon, dancing and celebrating their victory over the Power Rangers. Finster showed up to rain on their parade, though. The Machine Empire, the only force in the universe eviller than The Moon Mo
